We didn't start with a generic idea to build "AI for businesses."
Our story didn't begin in a tech lab. It began close to real tourism operations, reservation workflows, websites, and booking systems.
We saw the same pattern happening across the Philippines: small properties were being overwhelmed by their own success. Serious guest inquiries were getting buried in Facebook Messenger. Staff were spending hours repeating the same answers. Follow-ups were depending on manual notes and memory. And worst of all, the lack of a clear, secure booking flow was leaving properties vulnerable to booking scams and lost revenue.
We realized that small hotels didn't need a heavy, complicated enterprise PMS. They needed a bridge—a way to connect the places guests already inquire (like Messenger and social media) to a secure, branded booking experience.
That is how Stayfront was born. Not from a trend, but from a deep understanding of actual booking friction.
