This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (iuvareai.com) and use our services, primarily Stayfront, our digital front desk and direct booking platform for hospitality businesses.
1. Data Privacy Act of 2012 Compliance & Our Role
We strictly adhere to the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. In providing Stayfront to your property, Iuvare AI acts as a Personal Information Processor (PIP). We process guest personal data solely upon your documented instructions. You, the property owner, remain the Personal Information Controller (PIC) of your guests' data and are responsible for obtaining their consent prior to collection. We act as the PIC only regarding your direct account and billing information.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect information about you and your hotel guests in a variety of ways:
- Property & Client Data: Information you voluntarily provide when registering your property, such as your name, hotel name, business email, phone number, and property address.
- Guest Booking Data: When guests use your Stayfront booking flow, we collect necessary reservation details on your behalf, including guest names, contact information, check-in/check-out dates, guest counts, and special requests.
- Payment & Financial Data: We do not store sensitive credit card numbers or e-wallet credentials on our servers. All payment processing is securely handled by our third-party, BSP-regulated payment partner, Xendit. We only store transaction statuses, reference numbers, and settlement data necessary for your dashboard reports.
- AI Assistant Interaction Data: We collect and store chat transcripts and intent data from interactions between your guests and the Stayfront guest assistant, as well as your interactions with our internal Tenant AI Assistant (TAS), to process bookings and improve system accuracy.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and Manage Stayfront: To facilitate your direct booking flow, synchronize your smart inventory calendar, and manage automated guest emails (like booking confirmations and invoices).
- Process Transactions: To route secure checkout payments through Xendit and calculate your net revenue.
- Improve Our Services: To train our conversational AI models to better understand hospitality inquiries and booking intents without compromising your proprietary property data.
- Communicate With You: To send you system alerts, onboarding assistance, and support regarding your account.
4. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or guest data to third parties. We may share information in the following situations:
- With Service Providers: We share necessary data with authorized third-party vendors, such as Xendit for payment processing, and secure cloud hosting providers.
- For Legal Reasons: If required by Philippine law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your property and guest data. Our platform architecture isolates tenant data so your specific property rules and guest information are never exposed to other hotels.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, and similar tracking technologies to ensure our Site and the Stayfront platform function correctly.
- Essential Operations: We use local storage to manage secure login sessions for hotel staff using the Stayfront Agent Dashboard and to remember interface preferences (such as dismissing app installation banners).
- Analytics: We may use cookies to understand how visitors navigate our Site so we can improve the user experience.
- Managing Cookies: You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept essential cookies or local storage, some portions of the Stayfront dashboard may not function properly.
7. Data Retention and Disposal
Personal data shall not be retained longer than necessary for the fulfillment of the declared, legitimate purpose. Once the purpose has been terminated, data will be disposed of securely to prevent further processing, unauthorized access, or disclosure to any other party.

Rights of the Data SubjectIn accordance with RA 10173, you and your guests are entitled to specific rights: the right to be informed, the right to object to processing, the right to access, the right to rectify or correct data, the right to erasure or blocking of data, the right to data portability, and the right to damages.
